CyberEye Names Jared Lewis Director of Compliance

·

Jared Lewis, Director of Compliance at CyberEye SolutionsCyberEye Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Jared Lewis to Director of Compliance. Our clients are seeing their compliance demands accelerate and become more complicated and they are looking for a senior leader who knows the work and can help them stay ahead of it.

In this new role, Jared is formalized as our senior authority on regulatory and cybersecurity compliance for the federal, defense, energy, and commercial clients we work with. He owns how CyberEye assesses, documents, and authorizes client systems, and he sets the standard we hold that work to.

One leader across every framework

Most firms treat each compliance framework as its own specialty. CyberEye does not. We work across numerous  frameworks including RMF for federal civilian agencies, FedRAMP for cloud services, CMMC and NIST 800-171 for the defense industrial base, DOE requirements for national-lab and energy programs, and HIPAA for healthcare. Jared knows all of them, so our clients get the same rigor from one leader instead of five different specialists.

One standard across every engagement

Jared owns our assessment methodology across the common frameworks. That includes what we count as assessor-ready evidence, how controls map from one framework to another, and where the reviews need to occur. He is the senior technical reviewer on our most challenging authorizations, from independent assessments and ATO support to CMMC Level 2 readiness. He also mentors our assessors and analysts and helps shape new services as the rules change.

“Compliance is where our clients feel the most pressure, and Jared is the person I want owning that work. Naming him our first Director says a lot about where CyberEye is headed, and it makes his standards our standards,” said Kim Maurer, Chief Executive Officer and Owner of CyberEye Solutions.

Please join us in congratulating Jared on this well-earned promotion, and if you are preparing for a CMMC assessment, pursuing FedRAMP or StateRAMP authorization, building a GRC program from scratch, or need a vCISO in your corner, CyberEye helps you get compliant and stay that way. If any of that is on your plate, let’s talk.
